It was such a nice day that Long even had to mow the lawn that morning! Imagine, Thanksgiving week and we had almost 70F weather and such nice sunshine so the kids could run outside instead of sitting inside with the boring adults...

One of the wonderful aspects of our extended family is the monthly birthday party celebrating everyone that had a birthday during the month. These parties take the combined efforts of everyone, from the house we take over, the mountains of food we consume and of course all the behind the scenes work to prepare and then cleanup.
